This house is in a great location, close to Goyambokka and Silent Beaches. Everything was clean, the kitchen well equipped, a lovely outdoor patio area, the manager is really nice, and there is a washing machine(!). It could be quite warm in the night, even with the fans, and the mosquitoes were pretty intense, so be prepared to burn coils and use repellent in the house. The wildlife is amazing and it is very quiet and safe. One more small detail (if this is important to you)-our cell reception was zero in the location and there was no Wi-Fi available (as it reads in the listing currently).

Such a special place! You will feel right at home and live the Sri Lankan life. Great communication with Julie before and during our stay, excellent check-in , Ruhunu does a great job in organising everything you need nothing is too much trouble. We had Sunil the chef cook a sumptuous feast which was amazing ! Excellent location to beaches and restaurants. Johnny the driver does an excellent job too should you need him. Amazing wildlife, we saw it all - peacocks monkeys mongoose chipmunks birds lizards cows . Loved staying here as I am sure you will too !

A very beautiful place! Within walking distance there are several beaches of any choice: deep and gentle. Calm town with a measured life. The house has everything you need! Carly helped a lot with the transfer from the airport and back, as well as with the organization of excursions.

We had a perfect, relaxing time in this really beautiful house surrounded by a lot of animals or their voices. One very nice beach is in walking distance, the silent beach reachable by a short TukTuk drive. Such as the drive into town. Very good communicaton! Whenever being again in Tangalle, we are coming back!
