really nice spacious apartment. Amazing views from each room and beds super comfortable. Good location. There was no spa, however the sauna and pool were nice to have!

Wonderful accommodation that matched the photos and description. Magnificent view of the mountains from living room, bedrooms and the balcony. Very spacious living room area and fully functional kitchen. Very well heated apartment. There were four of us - my wife and I, teenage son and daughter. Our son slept comfortably on the living room sofa bed. Very helpful and friendly reception and security staff - upon arrival, they said to contact them first if we needed anything. Swimming pool and sauna were available 9am to 9pm. If the sauna was not ready at time of request, they turned it on straight away and it was ready within 40 minutes. Very close to gondola Station (we were there for a ski holiday) - we did the short walk to it every day. Lots of restaurants within walking distance - we go to the old town sometimes as well. There is a nice mini-market/shop one street away that provides everything you could need. We thoroughly recommend. Thank you so much Slaveia.

The place was nice, although we did stay at the "Complex PREDELA 2 Apart-hotel" instead (what bothered me was that the appartment was listed for 6 people but it fact it was just fo 4 - as in the living room there are just couches that cannot be used for sleep). Also the view was not like the one visible in the picture - which was from a different appartment. I would suggest confirming in written that you get the apartmnt listed in the pictures. We used the pool and jacuzzi but the saunas were not turned on at 18:30 on Sunday! The apartment was comfortable, clean and well maintained but the kitchen, although equipped, did not have some basics like salt and oil; It would have been nice to have a coffee or tea in the room :) BTW: the elevator is scarry, the door was closing before entering or you had to wait really long time just for the door to open.

Great place, 5 minutes walk to the gondola and the city center. Slaveia is very helpful and friendly. The apartment is cozy and clean. Looks exactly like photos.

The best thing about our ski stay was the VIEW and LOCATION. We drove up to the top gondola station for our ski days, but the hotel is also right by the lower gondola station if you do not have a car. There were a few things that I highlighted for Slaveia, and she was very receptive to the feedback. The apartment was not 100% perfect, but most important for our needs: there was a small kitchen to prepare simple meals, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water for showers. Guests may consider bringing exactly what they need kitchen-wise if planning to cook. If you are a light sleeper, you may also consider bringing ear plugs as the walls are quite thin and you are likely to hear neighbors coming back from a night out. Pool is nothing special, but glad it was available for use. Spa area appeared small and we did not use. We would consider staying there again, especially if Slaveia can confirm positive changes.
