Mari's condo is in a great location near shopping centers and places to eat. The gated community is older but is well maintained. The unit does not get a lot of natural light and could use some simple updates but in general has a comfortable feel. Mari was attentive and responded to our request. She took care of any repairs in a timely and professional manner. The condo is a short walk to the pool, which is a nice size, clean and heated. Access to the gym, pickle ball, and tennis, is an extra plus for the rental. Overall, we had a good experience at Mari's place.

Mari’s condo is the perfect place for a comfortable stay. We loved the layout with the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The lanai is so peaceful and overlooks a wooded area. The condo is on the backside of the building which we found to be nice and quiet. The pool is just across the street which was a huge benefit. We enjoyed the cost free golf course and bocce ball. The location cannot be beat! It is so convenient to absolutely everything. Grocery stores, Target, beaches and many, many great restaurants. Coconut Point Mall is right across the highway and they have everything you need right there. The only sad part was the Covid 19 virus caused restaurants and many other things to close down 2 weeks into our stay. So glad we were out enjoying the many restaurants before then. Thank goodness for the amenities offered right in the community also kept us very busy. We would definitely rent Mari’s place again!
