Beautiful apartment at the ground floor at 3km from the heart of Ravenna. The flat has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. The basement has one private room with a bouble bed and a doble sofabed in an open space. In the basement there is also a little toilet. The check in time need to be communicated the day before the arrival please :-). We normally live here so please be very respectful of our things around. You will rent the entire flat as we live close to the beach during the summer. The living room and kitchen compose an open space, we don't have TV but you can play your PC using the WIFI. You can also enjoy the little garden we have.

Giulia i jej mąż to bardzo gościnne i przyjazne osoby. Pobyt 5 osobową rodziną w ich mieszkaniu był przyjemny, czuliśmy się jak w domu. Dużym plusem jest prywatne miejsce parkingowe. Na plażę dojazd zajmuje 20-30 min. w zależności gdzie jedziesz, do centrum 10 min. Jeśli będziemy w tej okolicy to chętnie skorzystamy ponownie z gościnności Giulia. Bardzo dziękujemy !

L'appartement est conforme à la description à l'exception de la pièce de vie qui a été entièrement refaite à neuf. La place de parking est très appréciable. La situation de l'appartement constitue un bon point de départ pour rayonner dans la région. Nous recommandons absolument.
Wszystko idealnie! Mieszkanie zgodne z opisem i w pełni wyposażone. Doskonała lokalizacja by zwiedzać mniejsze i większe miasta w Emilii Romanii. Do plaży też niedaleko! Polecamy bardzo miejsce!
Wir waren 12 Tage zu Gast bei Giulia und haben uns in ihrer Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war ausreichend Platz für uns fünf (drei kleine Kinder) und wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Genial ist die Nähe in die Innenstadt Ravennas und zum Meer. Wir würden uns jederzeit wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden. Der Kontakt zu Giulia war herzlich und sie hat uns bei allen Fragen geholfen.

Fornace Zarattini is a quiet and residential area just 3 km away from Ravenna and 5 km from the city centre.
Ravenna's old town and all the monuments are just 3 minutes driving from our place, 10 min. by bus.
The closest bus stop is around the corner and bus n. 70 will take you to the Ravenna railway station in 15 minutes. The same bus can take you to some of the most important beaches of the Adriatica Coast, such as Marina di Ravenna and Punta Marina. By car you can reach Mirabilandia in just 15 minutes. The seaside resorts of Cervia and Milano Marittima are 11 km away.
Countryside attractions like Madonna dell'Albero (where there is also an important venue called Bronson which hosts a lot of international acts), Brisighella, Faenza and so on, are very close as well.
There is also a motorway exit (Ravenna – Fornace Zarattini) very close by, so in case you are arriving from Bologna by car or you want to carry on to Bologna, Rimini and other beautiful cities it is very convenient.

Hello there, We are a family from Ravenna , Riccardo is a gelataio and Giulia a social worker, we have two kids, Clio which is 6 and Enea 3. Before the kids were born, we use to travel a lot and we also lived in Australia for 3 years. We love to have people from everywhere close to us! We have an ice cream shop in Marina di Ravenna and during the summer we are super busy but the positive side is that our home is free for airbnb :-)
