Sa Murtera des Pagos is a country house of Majorcan style situated near Manacor and Sant Llorenç, in the East of Mallorca. Its privileged location gives us spectacular views of the nature. Especially outstanding is the large extension, both the plot and the house. Caringly Restored with a lot of attention to detail and the preservation of many ancient historical elements. The Traditional ancient farmhouse has a capacity for 9 people, 5 bedrooms and 3 indoor bathrooms. The ground floor of the house includes a living room, a dining room with arched stone ceiling a long wooden table complete with pew like benches. The kitchen with its own ancient fireplace is equipped all electrical appliance you need. There are also two twin bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor. The upper floor of the house has a terrace with beautiful views to the pool and the garden. Three bedrooms (two double and one single) and two bathrooms. The house has air conditioning (hot/cold) in the bedrooms At the front of the house there is a small covered lean-to porch with BBQ, sink and table and chairs, as well as an outdoor dining table and benches and a bathroom. A path through the lawn and gardened areas leads to the pool area complete with several sunbeds to relax and sunbathe. In addition, there is an extra indoor area, a former barn which has been restored and decorated with antique farm tools. It has a large dining table and ping pong table, a BBQ area complete with sink and work top. There are two toilets at the pool side and various areas to sit and dine in the shade and enjoy your culinary delights outdoors. The exterior of the house is surrounded by the Mediterranean vegetation as fruit trees (olives and almonds), creating a unique and quiet place. There is no better place to experience and enjoy a deep sense of peace and tranquility.

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Hat uns bei Ankunft frische Eier und Erdbeeren geschenkt und uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen. Leider war die Kommunikation etwas schwierig, da er nur spanisch spricht. Das Haus ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Es roch etwas muffig, das Geschirr war teilweise dreckig, die Sicherung fiel mehrmals aus, der Trockner funktionierte nicht, teilweise gab es kein warmes Wasser und parallel duschen war nicht möglich (bei sechs Leuten ist die Absprache hier etwas schwierig). Da der Besitzer täglich die Tiere füttern muss war er auch oft anwesend. Er war sehr diskret, allerdings könnte man sich trotzdem manchmal etwas beobachtet fühlen. Die Außenanlage insbesondere der Poolbereich war sehr schön und lud zum Verweilen ein. Wir würden aufgrund dessen das Haus insbesondere im Sommer/bei warmen Temperaturen empfehlen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub und bedanken uns bei dem Gastgeber!

Our stay at the Villa was fantastic, everything suited our needs completely. Our hosts Caterina and Martin showed us round upon arrival and made us feel right at home, and Martin was on hand with any needs we might have had throughout our stay. The reviews do mention that the hosts come to visit every day but they were discreet and almost completely out of the way, especially if you were by the pool. The villa sits on a stunning, peaceful location completely removed from any neighbours or surrounding properties. As a large group we really appreciated how much space we had, both inside the villa and outside it, where there are many additional bathrooms, pool houses and outdoor space. The kitchen and pool houses came fully equipped, and shops were only a short drive away; cars seem necessary if staying here.
Magnifique maison familiale à la décoration typique « rustique espagnole », un endroit parfait pour se retrouver à deux familles ou avec une grande famille, nous étions 10 personnes confortablement installées. L’immense jardin avec les plantes aromatiques à disposition, les citronniers, les différents espaces pour prendre les repas, les planchas, les cuisines extérieures et la grande piscine sont parfaits pour une détente même avec une forte chaleur. Les hôtes passent tous les jours pour prendre soin du jardin, vider le recyclage et les poubelles et pour nous fournir en œufs frais, huile d’olive maison et fruits ou légumes du jardin. Les poules et les tortues à nourrir depuis la fenêtre de la cuisine amusent grands et petits. … sans oublier le four à pizza grâce auquel nous avons passé une soirée inoubliable! Un beau séjour, Merci à nos hôtes !!
