Als wir ankamen war der erste Eindruck okay. Der Außenbereich war allerdings voller Vogelkot und in allen Fugen befanden sich Vogelnäster. Vor einigen Fwnstern Wespennester. Drinnen ging es dann enttäuschend weiter, als kein Warmes Wasser zur Verfügung stand und sich an einigen Duschen die Temperatur nichtmal regeln ließ. nach mehreren Telefonaten wurde das allgemeine Warmwasser-Problem behoben und die Duschen ausgetauscht. für kurze Zeit war das Problem gelöst, allerdings tauchte es wieder und wieder auf. Auch das Internet lief nicht einwandfrei. Es wurde sich immer schnell gekümmert, allerdings war es auch nervig, dass man ständig Handwerker im Haus hatte. Um den Müll wegzubringen musste man Kilometer weit fahren, auch das ist suboptimal. Von einer Badezimmerdecke fiel ein schweres Panel herunter, was zu Verletzungen hätte führen können. Als wir zum Abschluss des Urlaubs nach Entschäsigung für diverse Mängel und Unannehmlichkeiten fragten, wurden wir ignoriert. Nicht zu empfehlen.

While the villa was lovely we didn't have a great experience overall. The automatic gate was not working on arrival, nor the code. After waiting for staff to arrive(Portic is a large company with almost 50 villas on airbnb) we had to put gate on manual and operate it by dragging it open and closed everytime we left. It started to wrk again briefly but stopped again after, this was during Easter so Portic was not available on phone, so we had to climb over a dangerous wall with high fence on top to switch the motor to manual so we could go back to dragging it open for the rest of our stay. The water was only hot in certain showers and was only good for about two showers worth of water(we asked them to call and fix this but they came and said we had to turn the knob in shower to hot, which was not the problem of course!) We were a family group of 10 people so we had to chose who got a hot shower on what day. Not great. The tumble dryer didn't work. Avoid Portic if possible

Beautiful villa, high quality finish throughout, big bedrooms all but one with en-suite, excellent pool and outside area. Remote and peaceful about 10 mins from Manacor.
