Had to find a last-minute 2-night camping stay for a work trip which had me working at night and sleeping at the site most of the day. It's a mostly exposed campsite on top of the ridgeline, but these two March days and evenings were perfect up there. Can't beat the convenient location if you're comfortable on dirt roads.

Campsite is secluded enough for privacy and close enough to access restrooms, restaurants and enjoy some nightlife. Second time booking this campsite and I can’t imagine camping anywhere else.

This was my 3rd stay at the tent sight. The 2nd stay a giant flock of blue quail walked through my campsite. The this time a roadrunner walked directly up to my campsite. It was AWESOME. The showers we're piping hot and the views, as always, were magical. Marc was very helpful and understanding when I was delayed on the road, which I really appreciated. He's also got a great voice if you catch him singing at the Starlight Theatre. I absolutely love this site. Yes, the campsites are cramped, but honestly, it just adds to the adventure. Individuals willing to camp here are usually the best types of people. Will stay again as long as I can, and when the tent sites are turned into cabins, I'll use those too!

Marc was super responsive as our other listing cancelled on us. The site was beautiful and the clean bathrooms were a plus! Will stay again.
