Beautiful house and view. Lovely swimmingpool and everything available in the house. We were here in July and did not need the air conditioning. It is present in every room.

Everything was wonderfull: incredible view, astonishing swimming pool, very cosy and large house. At the same time sat at the top of the hill but not very far from the beach and not very far from the beautiful places of the Marema region. Thanks Margherita and Sergio for this incredible stay.

place surrounded by nature, if you are looking for tranquility and peace this solution is ideal. Our house was very nice and well kept. Margherita gave us good suggestions on restaurants nearby where to eat local cousine. Very nice swimming pool. The road to get to the house is a bit bumpy and to reach the first village in the surroundings it takes no less than 15/20 minutes. Very nice experience overall

Nous avons passé une semaine agréable chez Margherita et Sergio. L'accueil a été fait par Sergio et Margherita est venu aussi après nous conseiller sur la région. La petite route d'accès fait que l'endroit est calme, la maison est grande et bien conçue. La cuisine est bien équipée. La piscine est très belle, mais attention au règlement. A noter, que vous la partagerez avec d'autres locataires. Le wifi est faible, vous pourrez recevoir vos e-mails et quelques informations, mais la connexion est très irrégulière, voir inexistante par moment. Votre téléphone portable fonctionnera mieux avec la 3G ou la 4G. La terrasse est parfaite pour manger dehors et y passer la soirée. Les lits sont très biens et les chambres spacieuses. C'est un bel endroit pour venir déguster les vins de la région et visiter des caves.
