Achtung Kostenfalle!! Achtung keine Hilfe zu erwarten! Beim CheckIn wurde uns mitgeteilt das ein Zimmer nicht bewohnbar sei. Es war eine Baustelle und es lagen dreckige Sachen der Vormieter drin. Auf Nachfrage weshalb wir nicht informiert wurden und das wir 6 Zimmer brauchten für 8 Personen hieß es „einfach selbst reinigen dann können wir ein paar Euro abziehen von der Reinigungspauschale“ - einfach unfassbar. Nach 15 Stunden Anreise hätte man dies vorher gewusst. Novasol haben wir dies gemeldet. Nach 8 Tagen !!! Keine Rückmeldung. Beim Checkout wollte der Owner uns ein paar Euro nachlassen, obwohl in einem Zimmer die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert hat und wir ein Zimmer weniger hatten?! Also 1/6 weniger eigenen Raum für Privatsphäre im Urlaub. Der Owner drohte uns die Polizei zu rufen, wenn wir nicht sofort alles im Voraus bezahlen. Weil wir gesagt haben, dass wir bisher keine Rückmeldung hatten und deswegen nicht alles bezahlen wollen, weil wir ansonsten nie wieder was hören.

The house needs a renovation, they were not ready to receive guests and even in the evening of the first day the house was filthy, the bbq place not ready, some electric lights not ready and so on. The cleaners did not clean the place properly, the beds were not made and there was dirt in the hallways, the entrance, the stairs. It took the fridges in the house one day to cool down the drinks and food we put in. We had to wash the towels as they were dusty and/or dirty at arrival. There was broken glass on the kitchen floor. The biggest negative surprise happened at check out. Yes, the contract say that one kWh costs EUR 1,50, but an electricity bill of EUR 400 for one week where we never used the air condition is just not right!
