Apt with a view ! Loved the wrap around verandah and views of the city …really special. Loads of light and air …even on a rainy day sitting on the couch with the paris landmarks always in view you felt it was a great way to relax and refresh mind and body. It’s a spacious 1 bedroom …a far cry from most in Airbnb. The place is special also because it feels like someone’s space they were kind enough to loan you …not impersonal. Books and music reinforce this feeling. The kitchen is very practical and well stocked. And apricot jam is delicious ! The apt is next door to a beautiful park …where we started off our day with a flower filled walk . The metro station Austerlitz is at the foot of the building but will not be usable in the medium term. There are easy alternatives within a few minutes of walking …st.marcel metro or even closer are the bus lines. The icing on the cake is Adeline who was quick to answer a call and help with instructions when I needed it ! Thank you

Ubytování bylo senzační, perfektní komunikace s Emmanuelem i Adeline - ochotní, rychlí, milí. Celý byt je nadmíru příjemný a pohodlný, cítili jsme se jako doma. Určitě se vrátíme při další návštěvě Paříže.

O apartartamento é maravilhoso, bem localizado, espaçoso, equipado e com uma vista linda de Paris. Em frente a Gare de Austerlitz e com metrô e várias linhas de ônibus na porta. Supermercado ao lado e vários bistros e restaurantes e boulangerie. O aquecimento é excelente, os ambientes são claros. Há um sofá cama na sala e janelas anti ruído e com persianas automáticas, todo equipado com TV, máquina de lavar, geladeira, cafeteira. aspirafor em pó, banheiro com banheira. Tem wi fi rápido e uma maravilhosa rede ara descansar n sala. Foi uma estadia inesquecível! o atendimento de Adeline é Manu foi perfeito. super Recomendamos!
