It felt like visiting family at Jan’s place. Jan and David have some great life stories and know the island inside out. It is convenient to drive to anywhere on island. Nowhere is more than 30 minutes away. Jan gave me some great recommendations of places to visit and eat. Others have commented on the road. It’s not great, but I made it fine in a small hire car.

Janet is such an amazing woman! When I arrived I immediately felt welcomed. She made a simple breakfast every morning that was delicious, her pups were so cute and sweet, the room was clean and cozy, they were extremely attentive always asking if I was okay and if I needed anything, and the location was very relaxing/quiet I enjoyed every second I was there! Thank you so much.

I spent one week at Jan's place for work. Amazing view from the balcony, very quiet location, communication with Jan is pleasant and effective at the same time. I would like have had more time to talk with Jan. Renting a car is advisable, you 'll stay at the center of the island at an average of 20/30 minutes drive from bets beaches/harbours and St John. I don't hesitate to recommend this place as an amazing alternative to fancy beach hotels.

Janet is great host, very friendly, responsive, energetic always ready to help. The home is magnificently designed and decorated. It blends in hill where is build as a natural extension of beautiful environment. The deck overlooking the lash valley with sea view edging the perfect picture and complementing green valley below is the highlight of the home. It was wonderful experience,thank you for sharing stories and your home. Cheers
