Everything was very smooth and good, the rooms met the expectations, although our apartment was two-floors with stairs which is different to the pictures provided. Was not a problem for us but may be a worthy note to consider for someone with disabilities or elder. The only problem and area where we were disappointed was communication. What I found quite unclear or even misleading was the pictures of the SPA, which was an extra cost. While it is reasonable for a massage or similar, the fact that the sauna is mentioned as part of the offer and the pictures of the steam sauna are also included, it was quite disappointing to see that that was also only offered as a SPA service at an additional charge. There are two tiny dry / Finnish saunas available to use, which for us was really great to have but only open until 8pm and quite packed, so could be more of a problem during a ski season. Last, had to leave the credit card details on the arrival (I guess a standard for hotels, but the first time for such thing on AirBnb for me) and no mention of a "City tax", which we were only informed and had to pay when checking out. If everything above was communicated more clearly, it would no have been a problem. The rooms have a good mountain hut vibe, were clean, and had everything we needed for a few day stay!

Clean and super helpful staff. Check-in was easy, and Pauline at the front desk was so quick to help us with all of our needs. Highly recommend this accommodation! The only downside was that we had difficulty finding food as many things were closed in the evening.

Nuestra experiencia durante la estancia de 10 días en el alojamiento ha sido excelente desde la llegada hasta la salida. La ubicación y las instalaciones muy buenas. El personal atento, amable y aportando soluciones a cada cosa que podíamos plantear. El apartamento agradable, limpio y bien equipado. Hemos estado realmente cómodos y nuestras hijas lo han pasado muy bien, ya no solo en la zona (que es preciosa) sino en el propio alojamiento que permite actividades. Justo en los bajos, hay una pequeña panadería-cafetería (que permite comprar todas las mañanas pan, croissants, etc...) y unos metros más abajo una pequeña tienda de comestibles para alguna urgencia o necesidad puntual. La estación de tren está a 1-2 minutos andando y si te facilitan la tarjeta de estancia, puedes moverte gratis por el valle en tren. Piscina, gimnasio, salón de juego bastante bien equipado, mini-golf y ajedrez exterior... en definitiva un alojamiento de calidad, agradable, bien atendido y con magnífica ubicación. Nosotros hemos viajado pareja y 2 niñas y hemos estado muy muy bien.
