We had a great stay! The house was adorable and had everything we could possibly need. There were three of us and it was nice to arrive and have the couch bed already made for our daughter. The beds were all very comfortable. The house is in a nice area with other nice houses and landscaping. It was easy to find and the parking was easy. Megan was super responsive and proactively sent out a list of places to eat nearby and had great maps of the area to look through. We would definitely recommend the cottage as a great place to stay in Berkeley! Megan (and Pete) were great AirBnB hosts.

This was our third time staying at Megan’s place. We love it! It’s the ideal location in our opinion. We love the neighborhood and how many parks and cafes are within easy walking distance. Megan’s place is always clean, cozy, and comfortable.

We had a perfect stay at Megan's lovely cottage. The back patio was a lovely quiet place for breakfast and coffee in the morning. The entire place was clean, pretty, and super comfortable. Instructions easy and clear, washer and dryer efficient, and most of all location was ideal. We needed a car for a few days and could just walk down to San Pablo for a rental. The N. Berkeley BART was so close for trips to Downtown Berkeley or SF. The Ohlone Greenway biking and walking path was convenient and basically next door. And the new Strawberry Creek Park was a huge hit with our kindergartener. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Megan. We hope to be back next year!

Megan's cottage was PERFECT for us! We were visiting our son for a long weekend who lives a few blocks away, and the BART station was a few blocks in the other direction, so the location was very convenient. The quiet neighborhood is lovely - filled with other pretty, well-kept houses with beautifully fragrant landscaping. The house is smartly designed, thoughtfully appointed, well-equipped and very comfortable. We appreciated the "no shoes" policy, as we don't wear shoes at home, and the abundance of towels (as other air bnb properties tend to be stingy in this regard). Megan was super-responsive and helpful - if she's not a "superhost" already, she should be! If our son stays in the area, we will absolutely book this home again - and HIGHLY recommend it.
