Welcome to our weekend Abode, close to good food, cafés, bars, and the Latino market of San Pablo Ave “Mi Tierra”! We have been restoring this old house with new paint, refinished wood floors, and our contemporary taste of furniture. We’ve tried to make it very comfortable for those visiting from out of town, working from home, and those daytime adventurers! We are in the process of working on the exterior, eventually creating a backyard, and currently the inside is very cozy and warm. We have tried to make our place Cozy and functional, and each bedroom is located on opposite sides of the house for added privacy. Each bedroom has their own workspace, with the back bedroom having an electronic standup desk as well. Both beds have down feather comforters, with hypoallergenic covers, and quite comfortable mattresses. The kitchen has some bare essential cooking pots and pans, along with basic dishware. We have our coffee station loaded up with our favorite, Philz Coffee, along with our favorite nightly tea selections. The living room, while very bright and sunlight in the afternoon is quite cozy at night. We’ve got an Apple TV with most of the streaming services. We also have one offstreet parking spot, hidden away behind the house, please note it’s a very tight driveway and do not recommend anything larger than a compact SUV. PETS: We do allows pets to stay with you during your stay, we just require them to be potty trained and stay off the beds / couch.
