Take advantage of the impressive views from our 2 private terraces, with a unique wooden hut in the neighborhood that you can use as a Chill Out area or work space. Enjoy your stay in Seville from our elegant duplex located in the heart of the historic center, in the San Vicente neighborhood. Surrounded by local shops, its location is ideal which allows you to walk to any tourist area of the city. A unique home in the neighborhood with 2 terraces and on top of one of them a wooden shed with panoramic views, ideal as a chillout area or workspace! Located on the second floor without elevator, it has a the spacious and bright living room has 3 balconies where overlooking the street. Also, there are a comfortable "relax" sofa. Fully equipped kitchen, as well as an espresso machine with top-quality coffee and a minibar where you can serve yourself a drink if you wish. And if you are a good cook, you can also use our Thermomix! On the first floor you will find the bedroom with a 150cm bed with a magnificent memory foam mattress, a bathroom and the terraces. All rooms have air conditioning and fiber optic Internet.

Cet appartement est tout simplement idéal. Idéal pour la qualité de l accueil, idéal pour la beauté de l appartement qui en plus d être joli et très propre, contient tout le nécessaire pour un confort optimal. Idéal parce que très calme alors qu il est en plein centre ville aux cœur de l animation Sevillane, idéal car tous les commerces indispensables sont à moins de 50 mètres. Et que dire du restaurant « dos d Mayo » a 20 mètres de l appartement où on mange très bien avec des serveurs adorables. Idéal pour nos hôtes, Fred et Violeta qui ont été disponibles, adorables, réactifs et pro actifs… Et tout ça pour un prix très raisonnable… Fred et Violeta, ne changez rien, tout est parfait. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
Fred’s place was perfectly situated to explore the old city. Local restaurants were great and the area had plenty of local food stores if you wanted to eat at home. Clean, comfortable accommodation and lovely beds for a great nights sleep. Highly recommended.
We had an excellent time. The house was well located and nicely decorated and the hosts were very friendly. Couldn't have asked for more

In the historic center of Seville, located in the San Vicente neighborhood and surrounded by local shops and typical Sevillian bars. You have everything you need for your stay at hand, as well as having the main tourist attractions within walking distance, without the need for a bus or car!
The historic center of Seville is excellent for getting around on foot. In any case, Seville is a very flat city, perfect for riding a bike. There is a very practical bicycle service. To visit an area further from the center there is a bus network that works very well.
