The tiny house was well appointed. The kitchenette and picnic tables facing the cove were a nice surprise! A truly quaint and beautiful setting!

We rented the Tiny House Cottage knowing just that, it would be tiny! The house was delightful. The cottage matches the description exactly - two single beds with a bathroom overlooking the water. We had use of the summer kitchen in the main house. Once we viewed our stay like living on a boat, it was "just enough." It is a 10-15 minute walk to town with tons of restaurants, ice cream parlors and shops. The people are friendly and helpful. In just a couple of days, we dined, biked, kayaked and sailed on a schooner. The town of Booth Bay Harbor is charming; however, the most charming part of our stay was meeting Vanese's grandfather, Mac. He built the main house and the two cottages. He and his wife, Nancy, began leasing the cottages. Their gardens are beautiful and you can feel the love that they put into it. Vanese has followed her grandmother's dream and taken over the business. She is very kind and quick to respond to any questions. We highly recommend The Tiny House.

The tiny cottage was just as described. It was perfect landing spot for my mother and I. A few recommendations would be to have a small college refrigerator and a small Keurig would be added benefit! I didn't think of kitchen necessities, until I got there with my preferred coffee and creamer in hand! LOL! Also, be prepared to bring a sleeping mask. It gets bright early and the curtains/blinds are not light blocking. The beds were super comfy. The linen was clean and cozy. The area is beautiful. It was a terrific stay and I would love to come again!

We loved The Tiny Cottage! Great location on Linekin Bay, 0.6 mile walk to downtown Boothbay Harbor and all it has to offer. The cottage was just as advertised. Cozy with basic amenities. And we really enjoyed our talks with the onsite family. Also, Vanese is great to work with - excellent communicator and kept us posted on everything we needed to know. Check in/out was a breeze. We highly recommend The Tiny Cottage to anyone looking for clean, convenient, and cozy accommodations in the Boothbay Harbor area!!
