Russell’s Roost is a very comfortable two bedroom flat, situated on a quiet street in the heart of Saint Annes . A 10 minute walk takes you to Saint Annes Square, which boasts great shops, pubs and restaurants. From the square you will see Saint Annes pier, the focal point of our fantastic beach area . There is a train station in Saint Annes Square where you can get the train to either Blackpool or lytham in the opposite direction . Alternatively, there are lots of buses to take. The lounge is spacious and bright. There is a comfortable sofa bed and a very nice winged chair to relax in . The kitchen has recently been refurbished with new kitchen units and the usual amenities. The bathroom has also recently been refurbished with an over the bath instant shower . There are 2 bedrooms , the large bedroom has a king size bed . The small bedroom has a single bed . The heating is run from the gas boiler . Please note that the flat is on the first floor of the property so there is a small flight of stairs to the flat .

Nice appartment in a great location for walking into lytham st annes. Apartment had everything we needed was easy to find and check in was simple. We did find the neighbours quite noisy but this is not something that Barbara can control.

Absolutely perfect stay for a mooch round Lytham town centre and the pleasure beach. Centrally located. Quiet cul de sac. Ample parking. Well equipped and comfortable. Definitely will be back

We had a great stay at Barbara's, it was a great location in the centre of Lytham (close to shops and the beach). It was unbelievable value for the quality. The flat was in perfect condition, everything was spotlessly clean and the paintwork looked like it had just been done. The flat was a great style with a beautiful colour scheme and beautiful fitted wood wardrobes. We had s lovely time relaxing in the living room and could have stayed much longer. The beds and bed settee were very comfortable and the flat was cosy and warm We highly recommend this place ! :)

Great location for what we were after, easy to get to places and very comfy. Barbara was also great in answering questions and only too willing to help and try to accommodate our needs. Highly recommend

Russell’s Roost is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac very near to all the amenities of St Anne’s . A 10 minute walk will take you to the busy shopping area and beach . We are very near bus stop which can be used to take guests to the highlights of Blackpool or in the other direction to the very pleasant town of Lytham where in June every year there lies the famous Lytham festival. Other festivals take place over the summer months in the area such as the WW2 weekend on Lytham green , Lytham carnival in June and the lively St Anne’s carnival in July . We have a music festival in St Anne’s also in August and of course just down the road in Blackpool the famous Blackpool illuminations take place from the end of august through to Christmas

Blackpool is just a 10 minute drive away where you can visit the famous tower ballroom as featured on strictly come dancing . All the fun of the fair at Blackpool pleasure beach and many many more attractions. Further afield is the beautiful Lake District just a one hour drive away . Liverpool is also an hour away .. A 5 minute walk from the flat will take you to the YMCA where you can access a gym , exercise classes and a fantastic soft play area for the tinies .
