My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Neima’s house. In advance of our trip, Neima was extremely communicative, answering all our questions and proactively giving us suggestions and tips for our stay. The property has so much character and charm, with all the modern comforts and thoughtful touches to balance the quirks of a historic villa. There is a walk-in shower stall on the 2nd floor as well as a bedroom on the 1st floor, making the accommodations very manageable for my father who is not as mobile as he used to be. There is no microwave, but we didn’t miss it at all given the otherwise fully equipped kitchen. There is no AC, but they made sure to have fans in each room, which combined with the stone walls and closing the shutters in the heat of the day, kept the rooms comfortable. The pool, shaded patio, and large umbrellas were all perfect for allowing our group to enjoy the beautiful outdoor setting in spite of the summer heat. Both Neima and the local property manager were very responsive throughout our stay. The property is a short 15 minute drive from Saint Emilion, making it a great “home base” for exploring the region. We’d highly recommend for anyone considering a trip to the region and we’re looking forward to hopefully being able to stay there again!

Listing is far more rustic than described and pictured. The house is nicely designed, but the grounds need improvements, especially the pool area. Host is communicative and responsive. Some of the amenities were broken or not available when we checked in, but the Host and property manager did their best to get the issues resolved.

The Chateau is very charming. High ceilings, nicely decorated. Very cute. Internet didnt work but that was solved after a few days. Pool is not super big but nice enough for a fresh cold dive. Its about 50-60 min by car from Bordeaux. St Emilion itself is charming but also touristy. The house itself again is very beautiful, its located in wine fields, its a bit quit in the area. But thats a good thing, so you can completely relax. The local host Alex is super friendly and nice also btw :)

Just arrived back from an amazing week. Absolutely gorgeous property in an outstanding area. Just outside St Emilion with a great selection of restaurants but very hard to beat sitting outside the house watching the sunset go down over the vineyards - truly stunning and will stay in the memory for a long time. Neima and her team were fantastic - great tips on where to go and where to eat and very attentive and responsive from the initial booking until we checked out. The property is gorgeous and the little personal touches made it feel very special. This is an outstanding property with amazing grounds and views. I would definitely recommend and hope to visit again - soon!

Neima is a fantastic host, very attentive and thoughtful. Nothing was too much trouble for her, which we really appreciated. The house in Sainte-Terre is a wonderful rustic home with charm surrounded by vines. It is a fabulous location for visiting many vineyards of Saint-Emilion and cycling through the French countryside and enjoying the views of the vines. We hope to return soon. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.
