The apartment is very well maintained, the location is excellent, close to the city center. It's near the metro, buses, trams, and grocery stores. There's public parking right next to the apartment. Andrea always responded to questions, and there were no problems leaving luggage after the trip before check-in time.

Great place, very professional host, you feel at home here, a lot of space and a lot of amenities. One good thing that doesn't get mentioned is Bus 42 stop which takes you right to Centrale in 15 min. Bus runs from around 6am from this stop to 12.30am from Centrale. Why good?: 1. If you have luggage, you don't want to use several metros where they might always have escalators/elevators. 2. Just one line gets you to Centrale where you have 1 min walk access to buses/trains that take you to Malpensa/Linate, etc. or anywhere in Italy/Switzerland; 3. The stop is few feet away, rather than metro/tram stops which are 5 min away. 4. It takes literally much less time to get to Centrale than with any other mode of transportation; 5. Bus works all night during weekends; Another advantage is Tram 31 and 5 which stops are 5 min walk away. They run up to 2am and start at 5am, so you can reach this apt. even late at night from Centrale or other places. Use city mapper app!

Great place, very easy access to everywhere in Milan! And the host is very responsive. The only suggestion I have is that the hot water geyser resets sometimes because of the electrical overload, so you need to make sure it’s been heating up before your family uses the shower; or some may have to shower with cold water 🥲
