Very well appointed flat, comfortable beds, very clean in all areas. fairly good location and easily walkable into town and the local amenities. Nice to have off road parking. Although the trains started early in the morning the noise was not too impactive. Would recommend this accommodation.

We had a brilliant stay at Des's . The beds were so comfortable and every room was immaculately clean it was much better then a hotel. All the rooms are done up lovely and there was plenty of room for a family of 4. I felt so relaxed and at home. The accommodation is situated in a great place, Broadstairs was a lovely sandy beach and had beach rides for the kids which were great. It is also situated in a great spot to travel to some lovely coastal areas. Thank you Des's for letting us stay and for the kind goodies my children were truly made up with the sweets and lemonade. We hope to stay again in the future.

We had a lovely family stay in Broadstairs for a couple of days. The apartment exceeded our expectations, it was really spacious, clean, with all the facilities and more. Great to have our own parking space around the back. It was nice to find it warm on arrival, with pre-programmed heating and getting the TV and WiFi set up was really easy, which is important to us with young children. The walk down to the seafront was very convenient and not far at all. We also used the location as an easy jumping off point for visiting Margate and Canterbury, but the beach in Broadstairs was our favourite despite the chilly weather.

We had a fab Bank Holiday weekend at Des's. The communication beforehand made it easy for us to find and enter. The flat had everything we needed, for 2 couples, the parking was a bonus. The beds were extremely comfortable, we all slept so well. The welcome bag was a nice touch and appreciated! The location was great, 10 minute walk into town, with all the shops and restaurants. We would book again if returning.

Nice flat around 10 minutes from the town centre served as a good base for our visit for a family occasion.
