Our central location, just a road down from Margate's sunny beach, also ensures easy access to Margate Old Town for those seeking entertainment, our property is conveniently close to the town's entertainment venues, ensuring you can easily enjoy a night out without the need for lengthy travel. The House is also seconds away from shops on the high street for all of your needed essentials as well as a lot of parking available.

Lovely little flat, very cosy, loved the sea view from the beautiful big bedroom window. The bed was super comfy too. We only stayed over for the night..would definitely want to curl up with a book in the cosy little snug if we had time. Great restaurants & bars in the area, we had a great time..thank you 😊

I had a great stay in Margate. Mateusz's place has everything you need for a short stay, really comfortable lounge area to relax in after a day out walking. The flat is so much more spacious than shown in the photos, and you really can't beat this place for value for money, highly recommended. Mateusz was incredibly helpful and on hand to resolve any issue than came up, really a super host! Thanks again
Mateusz’s place was lovely, clean, exactly as described and on top of that he was a gracious host, responsive and helpful. When I’m back in the area I’ll definitely look to Mateusz for my accommodation.

There is a gated entrance next to Julian's Barber shop on 214 North down road which we will provide the code for if not already open, please walk through the entrance you will be greeted by a door on the right saying 214 which is always open, which leads to the stairs up to the apartment, there you will be greeted by a white door on the left with a ring door bell and a lockbox which we will have provided the code for.
