A nice and cozy flat in a more quiet part of town. Ideal for longer stays or business trips. Location is good: Chang Klan is a more quiet part of the town, but still some food options and a mini market are close by. Requires taxi or motorbike to get to busier parts of Chiang Mai or to tourist attractions. The host was very friendly and reacted promptly to any requests or questions.

Orpin is a amazing host. The apartment is very quiet and cozy and has many personal touches that make it feel like home. I spent one month at this property and enjoyed it very much. It has a compact but good floor plan and it is located on a high floor. It has all you need with a kitchenette including a washing machine, drying rack on the balcony, large windows with abundant light, a small dining area, living room area, two televisions and if you are too warm, there are two air conditioning units. The building also has a lovely pool, sauna and mini exercise room. It's really all you can ask for. Orpin's place was located in a very convenient location and has a great view. Everything went smoothly, and Orpin was very prompt in responding to any question I had. I highly recommend this apartment. Thank you Orpin for an enjoyable stay. 🙏

The place itself was good, but we had some problems with the host. Condo is cozy with a nice view, good condition and there is all the needed items. Not super large, but enough space for a couple. The building has a swimming pool, saunas and a small gym for quests to use. Negative thing about the area is that there is a dog nearby barking every night more or less. If you’re a bad sleeper, it may be disturbing. When we were checking out, we were asked to pay extra for water and electricity based on use. This was not listed or agreed earlier. After contact with Airbnb support, the end result was that we don’t need to pay extra. Also one kitchen chair broke during our stay with normal use. Legs of the chair were twisted already when we came, but the host demanded us to pay for it. Our fault was that we didn’t report about it, when we arrived. I recommend checking condition of all items during arrival so that you cannot be blamed for no reason. Hopefully both parties learn from these.
