This is going to be a long one.i want to first thank Ingrid, she was an excellent host. I had questions answered since I made the reservation back in January, She patiently answered every single question and any concern I had. The house is exactly what you see online, everything is beautifully decorated and very well maintained and organized. The pool was our hang out spot. Sonia, is available at all times and is constantly trying to make sure that your needs are met in every possible way. We loved her, wish I could have taken her home with me! Valdez was our chef and he is made out of gold! Every single dish was made with love and perfection. He is the best and well worth the fee. This was an amazing family trip that we had all been waiting for and staying at this house made it all better. Thank you guys!

Communication with manager was so easy and always responsive. Ingrid was the best! They organized transport from and to airport, arranged for an awesome chef and the housekeeper Maria was friendly and so kind. We suggest you rent golf carts to get around. 10/10 overall

Ingrid was great! She is very responsive and helpful. She gave us a great chef recommendation for dinner on our final night, whose food and service was phenomenal, to the point where we were disappointed we didn't have him for the entire stay. The villa was awesome and well kept, thanks to Senora Sonia; she was heaven sent. The neighborhood is very private and quiet. We felt at home and very safe. Would definitely stay here again. My friends and I had a wonderful time.

The location was absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful and super peaceful. Sonia, the housekeeper was friendly, accessible and very helpful. Chef was a great addition, he was absolutely professional and made the most delicious meals. Worth his fee. Communication with property manager was touch and go, a tad unclear and inconsistent. Once at the property communication improved and she checked in daily to make sure we were ok and felt at home. FYI…It would help to have clearer communication about shopping budgets and prices. This area is significantly more expensive than the rest of the island which affects cost of additional amenities. Overall a great and wonderful stay. Will be coming back again!
