Adjacent to the villa is a private beach and beach club (50 yd walk). The villa sits on the ocean AND the best golf course in the Caribbean (Punta Espada Golf Club). Villa includes: a trained executive chef willing to make all three meals per day (food not included), maid service, butler service, admittance to private beach club, discounted rounds of golf, groceries at cost and much more. There are four luxurious bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have two queen beds and a daybed (couch that turns into a single bed if needed). The master has a king bed with a daybed. There is a 5th bedroom that is removed from the main house but it is for the staff.

If golf is your thing, you cannot beat the location of the this villa. The staff is a family and they work in perfect harmony preparing delicious meals. And the use of the Eden Roc Hotel beach club is wonderful.

This was by far the best host I have ever had in my many years of traveling and being on Airbnb. Tremendous care, cleanliness, warmth, and all around vibes. If you are considering visiting Punta Cana, I wouldn't recommend staying anywhere else. Missy (the host/owner), was absolutely outstanding with everything my group needed. She went above and beyond for our demands, and made everything we asked for happen. Best service in an Airbnb by far.
