Great quiet location in beautiful neighborhood and an easy walk to Pearl street shops and restaurants. It’s a basement apartment so it doesn’t get a whole lot of natural light, which actually was nice after spending hours in the blazing sun. Comfy beds and linens, but as a light sleeper I was awakened by the early morning footsteps overhead. But the location can’t be beat and Lise is a very thoughtful and generous host!

Lise was flexible with both check-in and checkout, responsive and welcoming. The space was bigger than we expected, and in a great part of town walking distance from Downtown Boulder. She offered delicious goodies for us on arrival, too!

Lise’s bnb was bigger than expected and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom needs. The living room contains a Day bed and trundle bed as well as a comfie big couch. This worked well for our four year old grandson as well as three adults. She had delicious cookies and cold drinks in the frig, as well as coffee and tea. Lise reached out to us to make sure we were settled in and was very kind. Pearl St area a short walk away. I highly recommend this for a stay in Boulder.

Lise's place has it all. It was the perfect location for my car-free, walking/running/biking visit to Boulder. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Best of all, Lise is a truly wonderful host. All communication was crystal-clear, and she was generous with everything from the baking on arrival, to the local recommendations, to shovelling the snow. Honestly -- I felt so at home here that I was sad to leave. If you're going to Boulder, stay with Lise. Unless I'm in town, in which case please stay some place else so I can go back!

What a gem! My friend & I were visiting our son's at CU for Mom's Weekend and thoroughly enjoyed staying at Lise's place. From emailing us detailed instructions/info before our visit, to the drinks and delicious pastries left for our arrival, to responding quickly to a few texts during our stay...Lise was the perfect host! The rental was beautifully decorated, extremely clean & spacious, lots of sunlight and located in a quaint neighborhood walking distance to Pearl Street mall. Lise was thoughtful in asking us ahead of time if she should make up the daybed which gave us both plenty of space & the large bathroom was great. We didn't use the kitchen much (although well stocked) as the small fridge and coffee maker were all we needed. We had no problems accessing the basement via the backyard entry door as there is good lighting but you do hear footsteps from the main house. This didn't bother us though as we we were out and about each day. Thank you Lise for making us feel at home!
