Enjoy being walking distance to Pearl Street and CU Boulder in this Bohemian Bungalow. This 1914 Victorian home on a very quiet and tree-lined street in Boulder's best historic neighborhood is the perfect getaway for a couple or small family. It features two bedrooms, one bath, a private fenced yard, hardwood floors throughout, a lovely and well-stocked kitchen, and an extensive art collection that will inspire you. It has super fast and reliable WiFi and space for two workstations. RHL-00996039 This bright and airy space is the perfect getaway. It has all the amenities you need to make you feel at home and truly settle in. I am available to provide housekeeping and linen changes and give advice on what to do in Boulder. I am just next door on the other side of the fence should you need anything. There is dedicated, free off-street parallel parking for one car in the alley next to the house. Parking in front of the house is by permit only and cars left there for more than three hours may be ticketed. That said, I’ve parked my car there for a couple years and never been ticketed, but please be aware of the potential for a ticket.

Quiet and tasteful, well equipped without clutter
An enchanting home in a convenient neighborhood! Vivienne's place had everything we needed and more. It's unique and interesting decor provides a warm and welcoming feel to the home. We especially enjoyed the back yard patio and deck in the gorgeous weekend weather! This place is definitely on my list to return to in a future visit to Boulder.
Vivienne was great! Super-responsive and accommodating. Her place has lovely, sunny outdoor spaces. Great access to cool, quieter part of Pearl and nice neighborhood walks. Close to CU too! Would definitely stay here again 🌟
We had a wonderful stay at Vivienne's home! It is in the perfect location to walk around Boulder, it is cozy inside and has a great outdoor area too. The kitchen was well stocked, there are lots of amenities and the beds were super comfortable. We loved the decor and were so relaxed here. Vivienne is responsive and welcoming! We'd love to stay here again when we come back to Boulder.

The historic Whittier neighborhood is one of Boulder's most desirable areas. The bungalow is located three blocks from Pearl Street and a few more blocks to the mall proper. Hiking trails, dining, and commerce are all within easy reach and the street is very quiet.
Nothing is more than a 20 minute walk but you can bike (using the B-Cycle program) Uber or Lyft just about anywhere. Whole Foods, Target, Kroger, and Safeway are less than two miles away.

I have been renting rooms in my house for almost 20 years and have been a Superhost on Airbnb since 2012. My house and lifestyle is the epitome of Boulder at its best: funky, colorful, artistic and a little bit weird. My rental is private and on a quiet street with very little traffic while being walking distance to pretty much all the fun things to do downtown. I am very nearby so I can pop over to lend a hand if you need anything. So if you want to get to know me and get advice on what to do and where to eat, I am here for you. If you want your privacy and space, you can have that too.
