Family of 7 spent 3 nights for New Years weekend. Location is great, away from the hustle and bustle of Niagara Falls, but close enough that you never feel that far away from the action. Starbucks, grocery store, gas station, and many other great places are within a 5 to 10 minute drive away. The house was spacious and easily accommodated our family. Jim and Nance were great and were very responsive to our questions and concerns. Kitchen table only seats four, so we needed to use our own table and chairs as an addition. A few small, minimal issues that were quickly addressed, and Jim brought us a bottle of sparkling wine for the inconvenience. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

Overall, we had a fantastic time at Nance and Jim's place. The place seemed new so it was very clean and the neighbourhood was quite peaceful. The living room was extremely spacious and had a great couch to lounge on. There were a couple amenities missing in the kitchen but when I let them know they had those things delivered to us as soon as they could which was very appreciated. If you're thinking of staying here for a relaxing time with your friends or family I would definitely recommend.

They were very flexible and helpful to accommodate our family during our never ending Reno. Couldn’t have asked for a better layout for our family of 5. The office space was a huge bonus! Thanks again guys.
