We needed a place to stay that was close to our granddaughter’s wedding venue and this house was perfect. Our family was able to stay in one place for the occasion. We were able to cook family meals like old times. Family and friends were close by to visit us. Hotels in the area are over priced and this was so much more comfortable. The hosts were great and their home was wonderful.

We are locals to Long Island and booked this for a short weekend getaway in the north fork. Everything was better than advertised. The home felt private, safe with plenty to do around the area. House was well equipped with kitchen supplies and entertainment. Jocelyn and Jim were great hosts and quick to respond with any questions we had. Look no further is you are considering a stay in the area! We will definitely be back.

Our stay was for a family event in the area. The house was lovely, it was in a fab location near amenities but far enough away to feel relaxed. The hosts were friendly and responded quickly to all messages both before during and after the trip. We would highly recommend the listing and Jocelyn and Jim’s as hosts as they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us. Thank you again for everything

Jocelyn & Jim’s house was exactly what we needed for a work trip. Very communicative, easy to reach. It was easy to feel at home, with tasteful decorations. The deck doors open wide, nice breeze & birds chirping. Safe neighborhood with family residences, you can’t see the house from the street, which makes for privacy and a quiet night of rest. Lots of parking. Kitchen has a long, white granite countertop. The sink faces dining room, so you can be part of the conversation while still cooking. Lots of counter space for food prep & serving. Huge full size standing fridge. A box type freezer also provided. A charging station on the counter was handy for the cell phones. Bedrooms have extra blankets. (The only item to note was the Master bath tub. The side wall seemed a little higher than an average bathtub in a hotel, however it does have a sturdy grab rail.) The 2nd bathroom shower is a walk in. Lovely place to stay if you tour the vineyards in the neighborhood! Will come again!

Jockelyn and Jim were great hosts. House is exactly as advertised and in good condition. Would love to stay again.
