David was very very nice and accommodating. Easy to get in touch with and friendly and flexible. Neighborhood worked well for me and plenty walkable nearby. He made you feel at home

David was a super host. We exchanged several texts ahead of my stay, so I knew exactly how to checkin. He was watching for me and met me out front. He checked in with me daily to make sure I had everything I needed. I always did. The area near Tulane and the Audubon Park was great. I enjoyed walks and runs all through that beautiful area. Nearby Starbucks and restaurants became my favorites for daily visits. David's place has history that goes back to the 1800s and is quite interesting with 10 foot ceilings, clawfoot bathtub and and lots of art. Getting to the French Quarter on the St. Charles Streetcar was a hoot and saved the headache of parking. It is an easy walk from David's place.

We stayed here during French quarter fest and it was perfect! This was our second stay with Dave and we will stay at his cozy airbnb whenever we visit New Orleans! It’s in a perfect location in a quiet neighborhood only a few blocks from the street car! The room is tidy, quaint and has everything you need for a weekend getaway!

David was just great. He reached out before I arrived in New Orleans to find out a bit about my visit. He accommodated an extremely late arrival. He respected my privacy, while also making himself available should I need him.
