We have hosted guests for over 22 years. Pat and Becky's apartment is an innkeepers dream. Clean, quiet, homey, right on the Battenkill River, amenities are very nice. Pat was there if you needed anything but also gave you privacy. Area has plenty of things to do. Saratoga Springs is a short drive. Sitting by the fireplace looking at the river flow by worked best for us. Will definitely be back. Will recommend highly. Thank you for such a precious memory. Bill and Peggy

The location right on the river was so relaxing and beautiful. We went in the Fall so we loved sitting in the chairs enjoying the view and listening to the geese. Even on the rainy days it was nice to sit in the boathouse and enjoy the sound of the rain and enjoy the view and stay dry. The Airbnb had everything we needed and Patrick was super helpful! Would definitely go back!

I had a wonderful time at Becky and Pat’s place. It was very easy to check in and out. They are wonderful hosts and I would definitely book here again!
