The cottage was very comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed the pool table, the lake, the grill, the television and all the books. The kitchen was well stocked to make great meals in. We had full access to the lake. The water was clean and clear and we had a lot of fun swimming and diving off the docks. Sue and Betsy were very friendly, helpful and generous. We hope to be able to return next summer for more great times.

Betsy is very nice (Susan's mother). The view is very nice. The cabin was dirty. The doors do not lock. The cabin is not heated. There is a window unit air conditioner but we did not need it. There are several electric fans. There is no cell service for about 6 to 7 miles driving back towards Greenwich.

We had a wonderful stay at the lakehouse! The house is steps from a gorgeous yard that leads into a peaceful and beautiful part of the lake. It was a great spot for kids with shallow entry and separation from motor vehicles in the water. Susan and Betsy could not have been kinder or more welcoming - we were greeted on our first day to ensure we got in and were immediately helped with any of our needs. The kitchen is abundant with cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. for families looking to really get away from the bustle of town. It made for a really lovely vacation for our family!

Such an incredible spot and thoughtful host. I enjoyed my time and felt welcomed and entirely comfortable sharing this serene location with Betsy and her dog Lily this week. My two dogs had such a wonderful time in the spacious, fenced yard and surrounding bucolic beauty. What a treat for all of us! I’d go back in a heartbeat!
