Jody had very clear instructions and incredibly quick responsiveness, the house was gorgeous, hosts left helpful notes around the place to help with understanding. The property is breathtaking with the creek right below! So fun feeding the goats. Just overall an amazing stay, me and my guests will all keep this place in mind to come back to!

As soon as we enter Jody's home we fall in love with it. Even though the weather wasn't in our favor we enjoyed watching the rain by the fireplace. When rain stopped a little we ran to the creek, lots of water running through it. So beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. The house was super clean and kitchen well stuck with everything we needed to prepare our meals. We will love to come back one day.

Loved everything about staying here. Zero complaints! The place was beautiful, peaceful and better than words can describe. The house itself was stunning. The kitchen was totally stocked. So much natural light. Such a great curation of furniture and decor. Jody was also an amazing host and can’t thank her enough for being accommodating!

This place is a gem! It is the best stocked house we have rented - we appreciated all the thoughtful touches. The waterfall deck is breathtaking. My kids loved the animals - my 8 year old is still talking about the hens and goats. Jody was a great host and so kind to my kids - even after 1000+ farm questions 😊

Jody's place was a great stay for our family. The house was extremely clean! We loved Jody's attention to detail to provide everything we needed and more during our stay. Very dog friendly! There was plenty of space in the house for our family of 5 to unwind here. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come back again.
