A lovely and comfortable country home and garden, not far from Sisters. Beautiful setting, pond, and fresh juniper in the air! Host and manager were very responsive to a small glitch that was resolved swiftly.

Great location for us while in town for a family wedding. closeness to our families house was a bonus. Sisters Smoke House sandwiches were awesome! I feel it’s necessary to share we were surprised the inside door to the owners quarters was closed and labeled not to enter (in the family room) had a constant noise of a meowing cat that was also scratching at the door. I felt bad for the cat because it felt like the owner may not have been home. Another surprise was another cat who really wanted to come in through the kitchen door (it was a challenge and owner did apologize and stated it was a friendly stray and was surprised it was trying to get in?) The stray cat seemed very comfortable sitting on the comfy chairs on the beautiful porch. Unfortunately one of our family members staying with us was highly allergic and unable to sit and enjoy the porch due to the cat napping on the furniture and demanding attention. Key instructions were not updated so make sure you ask after booking.

The grounds were lovely and there were spacious seating areas inside. It was comfortable although the second bathroom on the main level had a pocket door that was difficult to open and close, and there could have been more towels provided for the bathrooms and the kitchen. Despite the Sisters address, it's about 7 miles east of town. Our favorite features were the kitchen (easy for a group to cook dinner), bucolic surroundings, and the big porch with living room-style furniture.
