We really enjoyed our time at Marin‘s apartment! It is very clean, has a well equipped kitchen and is located in the middle of Rovinj‘s old town. Perfect spot to enjoy the evenings in Rovinj! Marin welcomed us by leaving some snacks and drinks at the apartment. He is a perfect host who responses to messages very fast and changes sheets as well as towels in between. It was a pleasure!

I am very impressed with the responsiveness and helpfulness of host Marin, who allayed all my concerns of checking-in by meeting me personally at Rovinj main bus station, then walking me to the Downtown Studio apartment and making me feel at home upon arrival. It’s a nicely furnished apartment with a modernistic decor, and I especially like the slim shaft lamp next to the sofa which can be controlled by gently tapping my finger on top. I initially had difficulty trying to stop the droning sound from the toilet’s ventilation fan, but after Marin’s explanation of how its circuitry is linked to the light switch and how the fan is programmed to continue operate a while after main toilet light is switched off, the issue was quickly resolved. This apartment’s location is superb to explore the entire old city of Rovinj, linking to all the main sights, and nowhere is too far to walk.
