The house looks exactly like in the pictures. It is absolutely amazing and the view is stunning. The pool is heated and we still could swim in it in October. The house was very clean und perfect for a family of four. Ivan helped us with great tips for the area and we loved every minute. The kitchen is very well equipped. I can‘t think of anything that could be better. Highly recommended.

Out of this world!! The villa was everything and more than we expected. Perfect location with absolutely breath taking views. Ivan was very helpful and responsive from the moment with booked the villa. He went out of his way to meet us to direct us to the villa, gave advice and recommendations on the best things to do and see during our stay. The perfect host. The special touches made the villa even more luxurious!! Fresh fruit and ice cold drinks on arrival were just what was needed to start the perfect holiday! Towels, towels and more towels. Pool with outside jets and waterfall Outside BBQ oven Hairdryer Lots of wardrobe space All kitchen essentials Coffee machine Washing machine Iron The list is too long!! We hired a car for the duration of the holiday due to the location of the villa. It takes approx 50 mins from the airport to reach the villa. To reach old town Dubrovnik from the villa is approx 25 minutes. Everything is in easy driving distance. The location the villa is very private and you feel like no one else is around. Therefore adding to the exclusivity of this beautiful villa. If you are looking for somewhere to stay, look no further. This villa has everything you need for the most luxurious, relaxing and stunning holiday!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed at Mariva for just over a week and can honestly say that the house has everything you need.. a swimming pool, sun loungers, indoor/outdoor cooking places and all cooking utensils, good wi-fi, TVs, all rooms have air-con, a good shower with lots of options, mosquito guards on all of the windows and much more! Felt like home and can’t fault it. We were met by the owner upon arrival and then Ivan showed us around and told us about excursions/places near by etc. Both were very friendly 😊 The only downside was the amount of wasps that seemed to be attracted to the edge of the pool. The hosts had supplied wasp traps, but there were still a couple of days where they were problematic and made swimming impossible/unenjoyable...we might have been unlucky, but this is definitely something to consider if you have children playing in/around the pool all day. All in all a great stay. Would highly recommend to anyone considering it! Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
