Jeff was very kind and responsive to my questions ahead of our stay. My husband and I were with a group of friends for the few days leading up to our wedding, and everyone could not believe how gorgeous the house was! It was clean and very comfortable, with very easy to follow instructions for all appliances and even a guide for where to find everything in the kitchen. The house was just a 10 minute drive from our wedding venue and provided us with a space to unwind and relax after hours of entertaining family members. This was a fabulous stay and I would recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to host a large group in the Chatham/Orleans area!

We had a great winter getaway on the cape at Jeff’s place. With ages ranging from 3 to 75 there was something for everyone. Both kids and adults loved the karaoke machine! Hot tub and sauna were wonderful. Kitchen table was large enough to seat all 16. Plenty of space to sit by the fire, or just lounge around and read. I will note the top floor two bedrooms are connected so not the best for couples seeking privacy, but worked for a family of 4. Plenty of spare cots around the home as well. Also to note, the outside cottage is not heated and is used for storage in the winter, making it a non usable space in February. Jeff was helpful and the home was even better than in pictures. Will hopefully be able to return!

Jeff lays everything out for you to a Tee! He is super responsive and happy to help. The place was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. You can't beat this backyard in Orleans. I wish we could have stayed longer!

This was a wonderful place for our family gathering. The large kitchen is a great room to cook and clean and dine (main table for ten) without people getting in each other's way. There are also plenty of places for groups to hang out: we enjoyed the comfortable living room and smaller side rooms. The piano and hot tub were popular too. A beautiful, spacious, and quiet location. Walk down the road to the sea and a small sandy beach that was deserted when we were there. The "dog" beach, about five minutes drive away, has a concealed long sandy spit at the end which is another nice walk. Recommended!

This is a great place to get away from the busy life. There is plenty of space for any number of guests that go and plenty of space to enjoy some quiet time.
