This is the perfect Chatham beach house for a group. It has everything you wish for. The house was spotlessly clean and decorated like something out of a design magazine, yet inviting and cozy. Very reasonable checkout procedure. We (group of 4 moms on a girls getaway) stayed in the winter so cannot comment on the pool. Beds are very comfortable. Easy to connect to wifi, TV, and sound system. Plenty of bathrooms to go around!

We loved staying at Lisa's beautiful home! The space was perfect for our group and really fun to cook in her large kitchen! Highly recommend this spot and can't wait to come back!

Beautiful home in Chatham. Close to downtown and restaurants. Lisa was very responsive and sent dinner recommendations when I requested. Beds were very comfortable and home was well appointed.

We recently stayed for a long weekend. Our two families fit perfectly in the space. The house is beautifully decorated and and appointed. Our children had a wonderful time swimming and we loved being so close to downtown but also the quiet of the beach.
