We had a fabulous stay with the whole family, great amenities, and really great layout for a family of 10. The only thing I would mention is water safety with kids is an issue and something to consider with non swimming kids, it can be very stressful. Everything else really ticked all the boxes. FOR YOUR EYES ONLY The pool safety latch from the garage to the pool does not close on its own, it became very stressful, the kids could open the garage doors, and hence could then get into the pool area on there own. This needs to be addressed for all future guests. This is just friendly feedback so the owners can be aware. There were no sharp knives, so blunt, all the draws with pots pans oven mitts and baking trays , were super unorganised. We also would have loved some more cleaning cloths and some spray and wipe thsi way we can take care of the house more effectively, one little tiny cloth does not work. The pool day beds netting was broken and unusable so need to be replaced.

We had a fantastic few days in Yamba. Kids loved the house and the beaches. We along way from home but hopefully one day we can return. Big thanks to LJ Hooker staff they were amazing.

We had our annual group catch up of 8 adults over a weekend. The house was perfect for our big group. The location of the property on the water was superb! Views off the back deck were unbeatable. We made good use of the pool and kitchen/cooking facilities. Zero complaints! Beds were comfortable, linen was crisp and clean. We will definitely visit again. Thanks for having us 🙏
