Seaward has a great ocean view, and Lili is a gracious host, but is definitely not worth the amount you pay, as the overall quality of the room itself is rather disappointing. Some time may have passed since the pictures posted were taken, as some of the fixtures, like the balcony facing the ocean, are deteriorating. The overall cleanliness of the room and space was also under par. The building is located in somewhat drabby area of town, and there is an abandoned building in the oceanview, adjacent to the actual room. The room would be much more reasonable at a lower price, as it is a lower end quality room. I wish I had read the fine print about the cancellation policy, as I realized that I could have gotten a much more updated and comfortable space closer in town for the same amount I paid.

Very friendly and kind host. The view was nice but because of window room was bit hot in daytime. We enjoyed the view especially the sunset. Good wifi. Close to retal car company.

This is a great place, right on the water. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and were able to offer good advice about what to do in Palau. I'd definitely stay here again.
