Peaceful surrounding location. The host was not on site during our time there but did communicate with us. The RV itself was a bit dirty: it had a lot of dead ladybugs and most of the storage space was occupied with clothes and other household items. We came to find out that the actual owner of the RV had died; so we were left wondering if all the random personal items like the clothes, books, & VHS tapes were his and it had just never been cleaned out - definitely a little odd. Almost all of the blinds are broken so good luck with privacy in the living area at night - we had to improvise for privacy. The refrigerator was not turned on when we arrived, this was a problem because we arrived with a cooler filled with perishable food and melting ice - yikes. The instructions to use the fireplace, shower, and oven were not made clear so we had to research and figure it out ourselves and get some help from the host. One of the dining chairs was broken and almost injured a guest - again, yikes. We couldn't verify if the TV in the bedroom worked because the remote did not have any batteries. The TV in the living room receives little to no reception and the remote controller for it does not work well at all - actually you can't do much besides mute the TV and go down the channels (not up) All in all we gave 4 stars because we believe people and businesses can and should improve. Personally, I wouldn't stay here unless I was paid too or could pay a lot less than what I did (2 nights for $300+ including fees) - this is what aggravated me the most about my stay, the price I paid.
