Wonderful stay and the perfect way to rest and recharge! Everything matched the description and we had no issue with any of the amenities or finding the property. It is a bit further drive from Reykjavik, but that added to the peaceful atmosphere once we were there. Definitely make sure to stock up on food to make meals in. We'll definitely be back if we can!

We stayed at the cabin for a couple of nights while traveling around the Snaefellsnes peninsula. It was a perfect home base. Remote but a very picturesque and beautiful cabin on a lake with gorgeous mountain views. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing in after a long day and enjoying the views. Would definitely stay here again and recommend for the scenery.

A beautiful place! Was an unbelievable location and we had a great time despite the incredibly winds. The cabin is located in a beautiful valley with a huge frozen lake, but we got battered by winds the whole two nights we stayed there. Well worth staying and highly recommend for a unique and wonderful time! Of note; the cabin is 40 minutes away from a grocery store or restaurant and there are no amenities at the cabin so stock up on everything you need on the way up!

This was our third trip to Iceland - and the cabin was the stay we (my husband and I) enjoyed the most! Small cabin but extremely cosy, well equipped and clean. You have everything you need for a nice and romantic stay. The location and the hot tub made it special. On clear nights we saw lots of starts and beautiful northern lights. Next time we are in Iceland we’ll definitely come back.
