Logement impeccable, paisible, tout confort avec accès direct à la mer (avec Kayak à dispo!) et idéalement placé pour visiter la région Sud de la Croatie. Visite possible dés Avril (ce que nous avons fait), le climat est confortable dans une période touristique moyenne. La populations croate nous a aussi conseillé de ne pas hésiter à venir en Octobre, le climat est meilleur qu'en France sur cette période et l'eau est encore chaude (24 °). Je recommande fortement le logement, vues splendides sur les îles Eliphites Et les hôtes sont serviables, amicales, et toujours très réactif, pro-actif.

Villa Bonakyra is an excellent place to spend long slow days by the sea. It has everything you need (and lots of extras) to make you feel welcome and at home right away. The apartment has two large (completely private) terraces with fantastic views of the Dubrovnik coast. The sunsets are amazing here! And a third sun terrace right by the sea - with sunbeds, a SUP and a kayak. Mariana is an extremely welcoming and helpful host. She always responded quickly and gave us many useful tips for the area. The only downside is the main road above the villa that can be heard from the terraces and prevents you from walking/running directly from the apartment. There is, however, a beautiful run round the bay in Slano 10 minutes away (by car).

We had an amazing stay and it was one of our best Airbnb experiences. First of all, the apartment is amazing, exactly as it looks like in the photos. The terrace, views, decoration… the sunsets were just wonderful to watch. The kitchen is fully equipped, which we really appreciated as a couple who usually cooks its own food even during holidays. Finally, it is such a big luxury to have your own small beach to sunbathe or swim right in front of the apartment. We never went to any other place to swim. To make things even better, the host is super responsive to any questions, and she even helped us organising a half day sailing boat tour. A big THANK YOU for everything. We are already thinking of coming back next year. The only thing I can note for future visitors is that I’d highly recommend having a car and there are some steep stairs to reach the apartment. We didn’t mind this at all but could be difficult for visitors with mobility issues.

We had the most wonderful time at Villa Bonakyra. We dealt with a lady called Marijana who was extremely welcoming, friendly & responsive throughout our stay. The location of the villa is simply breathtaking. You do need a car to buy groceries as the road is very busy & not walkable. By car the closest shops are 5 mins away. Otherwise there is a bus stop directly opposite the property. Buses 12, 15 and 21 travel from Dubrovnik which is approx 35 mins away. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. Despite having 3 girls with very long, thick hair, there was always lots of hot water. Loads of towels were also supplied. The air conditioning was excellent & the beds were very comfortable. The use of the paddle board & kayak was fantastic. Honestly the place was for us perfect. There are quite a lot of steps both to the entrance and to the sea which could be difficult for some. We loved every minute and definitely hope to be back.
