Stop searching, book now! You have found a gem of a house!!! If you have a rental car this is the best location on the island, in my opinion. You will be amongst the newest lava flow and staying in a very large lava brick home. It was clean, open & airy. From the back patio you get an ocean view over their beautiful gardens, from the front door you see Mt. Pico. Across the street you can swim in the natural pools. There is a washer and dryer. Strong & fast Wi-Fi in the living room. A fully stocked kitchen to cook meals if you so desire. Comfortable beds and actually more beds than listed, a day bed in the sunroom and another downstairs. 3 nice full size bathrooms. We were there in June and no AC was not an issue. Plenty of cross breeze to circulate air. Easy & quick ferry access. We saw both S. Jorge and Faial. Of the 7 airbnb's we stayed at in Portugal, this was absolutely our FAVORITE! Fresh made doughnuts and wine were waiting for us. Communication was prompt, thorough and kind
