The view of the strait and Faial from the balcony is reason alone to stay here. Additionally, it is ideally located, a mere 5-minute walk from great restaurants, the supermarket, and the Vinhas da Criação Velha hiking trail. It is a <20-minute walk to downtown Madalena, yet, it is quiet and set back from the road. The kitchen has all of the dinnerware, cookware, and utensils that you need to prepare meals at home. There are plentiful linens and the convenience of a washer and dryer. The entire place has been decorated with colorful designer touches that are stylish yet homey. My only reservation in leaving this review is that this place will not be available when next we return to Pico.

Wonderful stay in beautiful home, highly recommend for a stay in Pico. Home was very clean and nicely decorated. Host was very responsive.

Het is een geweldig mooi huis, op een mooie plek met een prachtige tuin. Vanaf de woonkamer en het balkon heb je een super uitzicht op Faial en aan de achterkant op Pico ♥️ supermarkt is om de hoek en wandelroutes beginnen aan het einde van de straat. Echt helemaal perfect 🥰
