Great place to stay with many people. The property needs a little love, many things broken or not working well but overall good.

The Manor House is a fabulous property. Our family group of 6 loved the spacious house, 3 bathrooms, and the lovely pool area. We made good use of the pool and back deck, billiard table, pinball machine, books and games. Very well equipped kitchen. The only negative would be no air conditioning and no insect screens in the living areas. We did most of our own cooking and with all the doors/windows needing to be closed, the house became very hot! Luckily we could go to our air conditioned bedrooms or the pool to cool down! Also future guests please be aware that during our stay, the owner was living onsite in a granny flat at the rear of the carport/laundry building. This is separate to the house and we only met him when we were coming and going via the driveway, but his presence needs to be communicated to guests. Worth noting also that the house is for sale, and in need of a bit of maintenance. Overall, we had a wonderful relaxing week and would stay here again.

The house was clean and tidy when arrived. Easy access to the house very private with long driveway. Was an amazing stay close to the beach and restaurants. Very one was very happy with the stay. Well presented

Great location at horseshoe bay. Amazing pool! Spacious house with multiple bathrooms was perfect for our getaway with 3 families.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Sie war super ausgestattet und die Lage war top. Besonders den Pool haben wir sehr geschätzt.
