This place is superb, especially for the value. Great location, easy check-in, great communication from the host, and very clean. Such a wonderful place. I would rate it 4.5/5. 5 is for perfection. The are some cons. While the queen beds are EXTREMELY comfortable, the sofa bed mattress needs to be replaced as it's sunken in the middle so it's not comfortable to sleep on. There were some sounds at 2:45AM that were loud - like banging but because of humans but rather from the house and there was a random cold breeze at 7AM. Not sure if that can be fixed but providing feedback in case it can be. I know houses make sounds. Lastly, not sure why there is a price difference between 3 and 4 people as there is two queen beds and no additional cleaning or set up that has to be done for that additional person. But the price is still beyond reasonable. Just putting that out there. I think feedback is important but overall this place IS a very big recommendation.

Sarah has a beautiful home. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you for being so flexible with my late check in due to work and being so thoughtful by having coffee for your guests (& milk! Usually no milk for the coffee in airbnbs lol)

sarah is an amazing host. super cute airbnb in a very well located spot. near all sorts of activites. amazing price. should def check her aurbnb out

We loved being able to stay at Sarah’s place. Super easy to check in and the area we had was open and so very clean. Beds were comfortable and lots of towels. Sarah is such an amazing and kind person. So easy to communicate with and always wanted to make sure everything was perfect. It was!!
