fantastic little cabin style accommodation. very clean and has all the amenities you'll need. close to freeway so there is some road noise but we got used to it very quickly.

Really enjoyed my stay here! Great host and absolutely beautiful house. The house was beautifully furnished and had everything you could need for your stay and more! Beautiful bedding and such comfortable beds. I couldn’t believe how much effort the host had put into this house. It really was a luxury stay at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved this stay!! It was the perfect weekend getaway and was so relaxing. The location is beautiful and Sarah was proactive in communication. Really enjoyed everything about it, would definitely recommend to stay.

Sarah's place was spotless clean, all amenities are available, and the bed is comfortable. There were coffee capsules and milk provided for our stay. We recommend Sarah's place if you visit Ballarat. One minor note, the place is next to service road along the highway, so it's not too easy to find.

Such a lovely place. Clean, well appointed, quality furnishings, great kitchen amenities, laundry washer/dryer. Very nice touches of biscuits, milk and chocolates upon arrival! Slept very well on good mattress, pillows and linen. all necessary items and appliances were easy to find. Sarah was responsive to enquiries and flexible with allowing bags to be held until later in the day of check-out. Would certainly like to stay again in the future :)
