Step inside to discover a simplistic but tastefully designed interior, featuring a large master bedroom with a king bed, walk-in robe, and ensuite featuring a double shower. The additional bedrooms provide ample accommodation options, a queen bed, and two sets of double bunks (Double bed with single bunk), ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone. Entertainment awaits in the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, equipped with modern amenities including smart TVs for your viewing pleasure. Need some downtime? Retreat to the cozy second living area at the front of the house or let the kids have their own space in the dedicated kids retreat. Outside, the secure enclosed backyard provides a safe haven for children to play, while adults can unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

You will be staying in a property that is located in a quiet, friendly, family orientated estate. There are 2 x local playgrounds within 8-11 minutes walking distance which is perfect for young families.
If you are feeling adventurous, the Yarrowee walking track is a popular track for walkers, riders and runners. Hikers may wish to check out the bush tracks less than 1km away that link in with the Goldfields Track.
The Gong Gong and Kirks Reservoir Parks are a 2-minute drive away and are perfect for a picnic lunch or walk in the gardens. Alternatively, Hideaway Coffee Bar is a 2-minute drive for great food and coffee - open for breakfast, brunch or lunch (open until 2pm weekdays or 3pm weekends).
Explore popular attractions just a short drive from our property, including Ballarat Wildlife Park (2 mins), Kryal Castle (8 mins), and Sovereign Hill (9 mins). Ballarat City Centre is also within easy reach, just a 9-minute drive away. And for a day trip, the charming town of Daylesford is only 28 minutes away.
Uber, Taxi or your own car is recommended for travelling from the property to popular attractions. The Ballarat train station is an 8-minute drive.
Parking at the property easily accommodates 2 x vehicles in the driveway. Unfortunately, the garage is temporarily unavailable to guests.
The property is close to the Western Hwy.
