Paul's place was exactly as described. It is a beautifully finished lower level apartment of their home overlooking a pool with a lovely screened in porch. Very clean. It is a quiet and very pretty neighborhood. and felt very safe. Just be aware that when you are in the apartment you can hear people walking above you in the house because you are sharing a part of their home. Paul was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Excellent host

Paul & Mary Jo's place is exactly as described; very clean, lots of space, included everything we needed, beautiful pool and yard. Paul & Mary Jo are very friendly and welcoming. We had a great stay and would love to return.

Unit is large and feels spacious. In warmer weather the porch offers a dining room table and two more couches providing a large additional room. Full kitchen is well equipped with most everything you need to cook a dinner with. Great option for a long term stay! Host is very communicative, answers quickly, checked in to make sure is everything was ok, incl. temperature and adjusted it immediately. Unit is also used by owners extended family and unit reflects this with family themed decor. Close to restaurants, Meijer (groceries, clothing, household items), and just minutes away from major freeways to get anywhere you need. The outdoor property is filled with trees, and beautiful landscaping. A lovely place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay here and the location couldn't be better! Paul was very accommodating. it's a very cute place!
