Take it easy at this unique and tranquil retreat. This home located on a historical street, is located close to downtown and everything Grand Rapids has to offer. The main level has a spacious bedroom in front, dining area and living room with a small bedroom tucked under the stairs. The entire upstairs features a master bedroom with sitting area. The kitchen is in back with access to the deck with sitting area and landscaped yard. Come spring time this yard is a sanctuary to retreat to. This home is well over 100 years old. Keeping that in mind it does have a bit of a slant- most noticeable in the bathroom. For its age the foundation has held of remarkably well!

Cute and clean home. Very convenient to downtown Grand Rapids. The listing provided that the home was in a historical neighborhood, however I wish it had warned that the bathroom was extremely sloped. Older members of the family were unsteady falling toward the toilet. Also the house only had 2 mirrors, one in the bathroom and one in the laundry room. Very inconvenient for 5 adults getting ready to attend a family wedding. That all said, it was cheaper than getting 3 hotel rooms. Thank you for providing this home.
Super cute house. love the backyard and deck area
This was my third stay at this location and it was perfect for our needs! Very comfortable and feels like home, the doggy door and fenced yard are such great perks for our dog! I highly recommend staying here.
